A grumpy kinda Sunday...

This Sunday morning has been filled with a lot of this…

And a lot of this…

It is fair to say, we are a little grumpy today in this household!  There has been a lot of screaming, crying, and not wanting to share!

We have good days and bad days, and today I guess is going to fall under a bad day.

Baby boy, mama is ready for nap time too.

My house is a mess, I have a ton of laundry that needs to be done, a sink full of dishes that need to be cleaned, and I don't feel like doing anything, but being lazy!  But yet, I'm tired of looking at the mess, the clothes in the hamper, and the dishes in the sink.  I guess I can't win!  Does anyone want to come over and take care of my chores for me!?!  Yeah, I didn't think so...

A night out on the town...

Yes, we did go out last night, but I learned a few things last night about myself…

1)   I’m no longer cool.

2)   I’m pretty lame.

3)   I don’t like to drink, and can’t hold my liquor at all.

4)  Cigarette smoke makes me very sick.

5)   I’m way more comfortable in my own surroundings, meaning my home in my pajamas.
6)  But I do still enjoy people watching.  

When did this happen to me?  I use to enjoy going out and hanging with everyone, getting dressed up for a night out on the town.  Now, I would totally rather be at home with my husband and babies curled up on the couch watching cartoons, and the same cartoon over and over at that, than being out on the town.  
I was truly looking forward to an evening out with the husband, and I did enjoy having the one on one time with him, but when he asked me about going to the movies, I should have known he knew I wouldn’t being able hang with the people in the bar.  I ended up getting sick after one drink, and ended up having to call the evening short due to me getting sick.  I know, I’m a party animal!  Poor husband, he took the night off, to spend the evening pretty much on the couch by himself, while I was sick in bed.

Thank you honey for taking me out, I’m sorry your wife is so lame!

And I have pretty much slept the day away today…  Next time, the movies it is!  

I would like to know what happened to the once cool me, but maybe I wasn't as cool as I thought I once was!

A little overwhelmed...

I’m tired, that’s all there is to it!  I’m ready for this week to be over!  The past two days, I haven’t taken a break or a load off until after 9:00, both nights!  And you know you’re busy when you forget to go to the bathroom all day, and about the time you do remember, your stomach hurts so bad from a full bladder. Yeah, that has happened two days in a row.  Again, I’m ready for this week to be over!

At least the kiddos have been having fun, and apparently the husband had fun at the Mavs playoff game the other night too.  Why am I the only one not having fun!?!  I’m calling it a night.  I have another busy day at work tomorrow, so I need to try and give my brain some kind of rest.  I can honestly say I have been a little overwhelmed this week, and I think it takes a lot to overwhelm me!

Sweet girl loves going to the park!

This mama is going to bed!  Hoping tomorrow isn’t as long as the last two days have been!  It is Friday, so tomorrow is already looking better than today did.
